Shipping

Every item from Avalon is handcrafted with care before it begins its journey to you.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel as it travels from our atelier to your table.

Delivery times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days.

Please make sure your address is correct before completing your order — once the package leaves Avalon, changes may not be possible.

Refunds, Returns and changes

Our team will guide you with the same care and dedication with which every piece from Avalon is crafted.

Refunds generally appear in your account within 3–5 business days, though the exact timing may vary depending on your payment method and your bank.

You may cancel or modify an order before it leaves our workshop.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.

Share the details with us so we can investigate the matter and provide the resolution that best serves you.

Cancellations after dispatch are also possible. However, the client is responsible for the return shipping fees. A refund will be issued once the returned item has safely made its way back to us.

Please note that orders cannot be edited once they have been dispatched.
